Our story began in a white house in the Berkeley Hills, a place of wonder purchased by a mother for her daughter, meant to be more than just a house, but whose purpose was yet to come. For a while, the house sat empty, waiting.

One day, they met a young founder who had arrived in the United States with nothing but a one-way ticket and an idea for an AI startup. They welcomed him with open arms and offered him a place to stay. A few days later, when they walked into the house, what they saw stopped them.

The room was almost empty, just a mattress on the floor, a chair, and a single lamp. But the walls were completely covered with scribbles: product ideas, diagrams, and fragments of thoughts racing across every inch of space. The room itself was bare, yet the energy inside it was electric. It was as if the space had exploded with imagination.

In that moment, an idea sparked: what if this house could become a platform, a place where more founders like him could come to dream, build, and grow? With that idea, Berkeley Summit House was born in 2024.

So, we gave this house a new life. Today, it has become an integral part of our community, unlocking entrepreneurs' boundless potential and driving impactful innovation.
